About the role
Permanent Full Time
Reporting to the Manager, Technology Solutions Programs, Digital Enablement, you will be responsible for providing business support to the Technology Solutions team, part of the Advice Canada Advisor Experience organization, for managing field advisor subscriptions, FH staff carrier access, and AEM site updates. What you will do Subscription Management
Administer the onboarding and offboarding of third-party systems: Conquest, Docusign, CapIntel Coordinate payment and contracts through a processing system Understand subscription parameters and respond to respond to inbox inquiries in a timely and professional manner Create and maintain subscription documentation where applicable Report and monitor subscription uptake and usage
Access Control
Manage Financial Horizons staff access for associated carriers Compare and validate list of users on annual basis E-mail follow ups to leadership and users directly to confirm access Track responses Terminations and modifications as required Deliver comprehensive reporting to leaders and audit teams
Website updates
Provide back up support for to update website content as needed on the Financial Horizons public and private websites Project-based deliverables for website enhancements
What you will bring
Ability to foster strong relationships with peers and security/technical partners Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing work assignments Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, takes initiative Ability to work well independently and in a team setting Proficiency with MS Office Products Reporting experience an asset Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and STOVA would be assets As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.
The base salary for this position is between $57,100 - $85,600 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
