As an Associate Sales Representative, you’ll turn interest into action. You’ll convert leads generated by our performance marketing team into customers through consultative, relationship-based sales. Your role is key to connecting potential buyers with tailored outdoor solutions that bring their dream living spaces to life.
PERGOLUX is a fast-growing e-commerce company helping customers worldwide create their dream outdoor living spaces through premium pergolas and smart design.
Who You Will Work With
You’ll join a high-energy international team where marketing drives lead generation and sales brings the vision to life. You’ll collaborate closely with performance marketing specialists, product experts, and the wider DACH sales team — all passionate about delivering an exceptional customer journey from the first chat to the final purchase.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads from chat, phone, and email into successful sales, following up promptly and professionally.
- Guide customers through a consultative sales process, assessing needs, budgets, and design preferences to recommend the best-fit pergola solutions.
- Develop in-depth product expertise across our full range — including add-ons such as lighting, screens, and smart control systems.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell premium upgrades (e.g. motorized options) to enhance customer experience and order value.
- Maintain accurate lead documentation in CRM tools, recording customer details, feedback, and next steps.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with undecided leads to close open opportunities.
- Represent PERGOLUX at exhibitions and trade events, showcasing our products and engaging directly with customers.
- Stay informed about competitors and market trends to effectively position PERGOLUX as the premium choice.
Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally with exposure to high-ticket products or consultative selling.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to build rapport and trust.
- Confidence in overcoming objections with persuasive, value-driven responses.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking tools.
- Motivated by results, with a growth mindset and a passion for helping customers find the right solution.
- Fluent English.
