About the Role Job type: Full-Time, In-Person Location: Langley, British Columbia Compensation: $60,645–$82,488 annually + benefits, based on experience, agency background, and demonstrated ability across Longhouse services.

The Digital Marketing Results Manager is the main point of contact for helping our partners Get Seen with SEO, AEO and Digital Advertising. You’ll build and maintain strong partner relationships, bridging the gap between partners and our specialists by turning partner goals into clear SEO, AEO, and Advertising tasks. You will build trust through organized meetings, task delegation, and timely updates.

What You'll Do

Partner Communication & Relationship Management Communicate proactively and build strong, lasting relationships with the partners in your portfolio. As their main point of contact at Longhouse, keep them informed and confident across their SEO, AEO, and Advertising.

Presenting Results & Recommendations Present results to partners with confidence, and back recommendations with research and data. Lead partners to the next best step so they feel ready to act.

Onboarding and Intake Lead onboarding for new partners and take time to understand their goals, audience, and services. Set expectations so partners see results as the partnership begins.

Strategy & Planning Shape the SEO, AEO, and advertising strategy for each partner and adjust it as their needs and results change.

Team Direction & Delegation Provide project briefs and strategy direction to the specialist team, giving them the context they need to do great work. As a dependable member of the team, you’ll delegate work to the right people and support them through delivery.

Quality & Standards Maintain a high standard of quality and review key deliverables before they reach partners. Give helpful feedback and make sure every piece meets the Longhouse standard.

Account Monitoring, Retention, and Growth Monitor the health of your accounts to protect retention and support growth. Identify risks and expand accounts where added services genuinely help the partner.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience 3+ years managing a portfolio of client or partner accounts in a digital marketing agency, with retention results you can speak to A track record leading partner meetings and presenting performance to senior, non-technical stakeholders Enough depth in SEO and paid advertising to guide strategy, including campaign structure, keyword strategy, and budget pacing Confidence reading GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads, and reporting dashboards, then turning the numbers into recommendations Experience briefing and coordinating specialist teams through a project management tool such as Monday, ClickUp, or Asana

Bonus Qualifications Hands-on AEO or GEO work, with a feel for how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews select and cite content A record of growing accounts through expanded scope or added services Familiarity with a CRM and marketing stack such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Mailchimp Degree in marketing, business, or communications, or equivalent hands-on experience
