Position: Operations Analyst & Advisor
Dealership: ACX Corp Sup Winnipeg
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba
Classification: Full time, Onsite, Immediate Opportunity
Salary:$65,000-$75,000
At ACX Corp Sup Winnipeg, we are looking to add an Operations Analyst/Advisor to our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to identify trends and areas of opportunity
- Access the needs of the business and provide recommendations for change
- Plan, implement and execute change from end-to-end
- Monitor the metrics and KPI’s to evaluate the success of the change
- Travel across Canada to onboard Collision Centres
- Work closely with the Acquisition Leader to integrate AutoCanada best practices to newly acquired Collision Centres
- Provide operations support for newly acquired Collision Centres
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Experience working in a collision centre as an Estimator, Production Manager or Collision Centre Manager
- Knowledge of Bodyshop Connect, Mitchel Connect, or Progi
- Travel across Canada is required
- Experience with Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence and a safe driving history
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
