Our Toronto office team is hiring a Leasing & Marketing Coordinator. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced administrative professional or someone looking to begin their career in the exciting world of commercial real estate! Our team is entrepreneurial and dynamic with a passion for real estate and winning business.
This is a highly collaborative and team-oriented role as you will work closely with our leasing managers, communications and administrative support teams. You will assist the leasing department with a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires someone with a high level of detail who is comfortable working in a process-driven environment with multiple competing priorities.
We are looking for someone with a positive, friendly, and collaborative personality who is a hard worker but also knows how to have fun at work. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to grow and take on additional responsibility within the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all marketing brochures, videos, virtual tours, leasing website etc for portfolio
- Respond to broker inquiries on availabilities, coordinate tours for portfolio and assist with tours when required
- Manage events for brokerage community and clients
- Draft offers, waivers and other paperwork
- Perform a variety of administrative duties as required
- Maintain (digital) filing system; set up new files as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary educational background (University Degree or College Diploma in real estate or business preferred)
- Real estate license
- A passion or keen interest in the real estate industry
- Strong customer service skills and a natural people person
- A high attention to detail with strong abilities to multitask in an ever-changing environment
- Proficient with Office 365
- Ability to work in a highly process driven environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced & high-volume environment
- Experience with Yardi 7 and the Microsoft Office suite of products is an asset
The base salary for this position is between $62,800.00 to $94,200.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
