We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused leader to head the Transportation Maintenance Branch, a vital role in keeping Yukon’s highways safe, efficient, and sustainable. You’ll guide a large, dedicated team across the territory, collaborate with First Nations, industry partners, and drive innovation in highway operations. Essential Qualifications Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the qualifications below. Selections for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.

  • Post-secondary degree in business administration, operations, public administration, transportation or related field.
  • Senior leadership experience including managing people, budgets, and resources to deliver clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Experience engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the transportation sector is considered an asset.

Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
