Job Description

This individual will report directly to the Material Manager and will be responsible for various material department administrative functions.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with inventory taking and update system data based on actual counts.
  • Shall issue/receive parts to/from aircraft using the base forms and aircrafts log pages.
  • Shall create and update supplier data in Airsoft.

Qualifications

  • Must hold the authorization to work in Canada (this position is not available for sponsorship).
  • This position requires access to Controlled Goods; therefore, the successful candidate must be eligible to qualify under the Controlled Goods Program.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to ensure the accuracy and daily update of system data.
  • Ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good computer skills (Knowledge of Airsoft is an asset).
  • Ability to work within a group environment.
  • Good communication skills in both English and French (As a pan-Canadian company, bilingualism is required to ensure communications between all bases across the country).

Additional Information

Status: Permanent, full-time.

Location: Les Cèdres, QC. 100% in person

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
