What You’ll Do

Oversee dispatch and planning to ensure smooth, efficient operations

Lead financial planning, monthly reviews, and P&L forecasting

Previous management experience (transportation industry preferred)

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

A hands-on leader who can handle complexity and stay calm under pressure

Comfortable with technology and data-driven decision-making
