About the Opportunity
Altis Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organization in a program-driven financial services environment to hire a Bilingual Accounting Administrator. This role plays a key part in supporting a high-performing Program Team responsible for the collection and dispersal of funds in accordance with specific program terms.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll support full cycle accounting activities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and cash management.
- In this role, you’ll prepare, post, and reconcile journal entries and corporate bank accounts.
- You’ll ensure daily cash reporting is accurate and up to date.
- You’ll input and reconcile supplier invoices, billable expense reports, and credit card statements within the accounting system.
- You’ll assist with monthly billing, month-end close activities, and ad hoc financial reporting.
- You’ll collaborate with the IT Data team and Program Manager to validate data accuracy prior to system uploads and reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an accounting-related position.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting, Business, or Commerce.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience with ERP accounting systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is considered a strong asset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
