What You’ll Do As our Parts Specialist, you’ll keep the supply chain running smoothly by managing the flow of parts between OEMs, vendors, and service teams nationwide. Your day-to-day will include:
- Sourcing, ordering, and tracking OEM and specialty parts
- Confirming availability, pricing, and compatibility using reference tools and databases
- Entering and updating orders in the system with accuracy
- Managing back-orders, substitutions, and discontinued items
- Preparing precise quotes for customers and service teams
- Building solid relationships with OEMs, vendors, and internal partners
- Providing friendly, professional support to technicians and customers
What You Bring
- Knowledge of RV systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Experience sourcing or ordering OEM parts (RV, automotive, or marine preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear communication both written and verbal
- A customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Tech-savvy with solid data entry and computer skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
