            Job Title: Supply Planner Manager

This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, finance, sales) and plays a key role in problem-solving and scenario planning and will be assigned with higher complexity portfolio. They will take on mid-large strategic projects such as portfolio assessments/ optimization, process improvements, or represent broader supply planner team on key business initiatives/category events with assigned category (eg: seasonal supply planner, AVA Supply co-ordination , Bad Goods management), and assigned key reporting identified by the Category Supply Planning Manager or key leads within the Integrated planning LT team.    A day in the life: The Supply Planner Manager The role functional responsibilities will encompass an assigned portfolio to prepare the supply plan,

to generate the deployment plan in weekly/monthly buckets and the replenishment of R&P materials, to meet the customer demand. the Supply Planner considers network complexity, inventory targets, and all supply constraints, including Management of Inventory Freshness levels. They will generate supply scenarios, evaluating their feasibility, risks, and opportunities for evaluation, as required within the portfolio the role will work on a load plan between the factory and the primary distribution centers and customers. They will ensure optimization of shipments and ensures the service levels targets between the manufacturing/warehousing sites are met. They will take leadership roles on multiple mid-large strategic projects accountabilities, beyond their assigned portfolio, to lead planning gap assessments & optimization for the boarder category portfolios, Process improvements initiatives/Process Mapping (NCE) for supply planning team, and act as representative/delegate for broader category Supply planning team on key business Initiatives/Annual Planning cycles/Strategic long term planning volume assumptions, representing Integrated Planning function, as needed. Included, but not limited to, are Multi-year Network Sourcing Network Changes & projects, Annual Volume Commitment planning (AVC) planning/co-ordination, Innovation Supply Build Planning & Tracking, Seasonal SKU "Pre-Season" & "In-Season" Inventory Planning & Execution (Halloween, Christmas etc.), Bad Goods Management Supply/Demand Customer Allocation Management etc. the role will collaborate with other Managers/directors in cross-functional teams within the Market (e.g., procurement, finance, sales, Marketing ), as well as Stakeholders in other Nestle Markets , and External Co-manufacturers to lead problem-solving and scenario planning, and address process & Data insight gaps for broader category supply planning team effective execution. This role will also be an active member of the Integrated Planning Subject Matter Expert (SME) community within the Nestle In Market DSP team, and support digital initiatives implementation within the broader category supply planning teams.   This role will also be an active participant to represent Nestle Canada on global Nestle Markets Inter-market DSP Reviews, Local Plant Manufacturing reviews, External Manufacturing performance reviews etc. This Role will also support the Supply Planning Lead on addressing hyper care and key reporting/analytics across all business portfolios.

  Role Requirements: This role requires a very good understanding of E2E planning process. Needs to understand ERP systems, flow of goods and knows how to work with cross-functional teams. The role will drive to optimize the shipments and ensures the service between the manufacturing/warehousing sites. This role will also be an active member of the Integrated Planning Subject Matter Expert (SME) community within the Nestle In Market DSP team.  This Role will also support the Manager, Category Supply Planning Lead on addressing hyper care and key reporting/analytics across all business portfolios.   Preferred Skills:   Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business or Economics.   Experience:

+8 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, distribution planning or/and logistics role. Desirable to have had experience implementing LEAN concepts and tools, along with any proven inventory optimization roles

  Business Experience

Good understanding of E2E SC, specially in Distribution and Load Planning Experience managing Distribution on a inventory / supply planning role Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, both internal Operations and Logistics, Nestle Inter-market partners (IMS), and external (third party manufacturers) Technical Experience ERP system proficiency, specially in inventory / shipment management
