Pay Range:
- $38,000 - $48,000 Annually
About the Role:
As a Parts Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for customers and colleagues, assisting with parts inquiries and sales across retail, wholesale, and internal channels. You'll help ensure accurate inventory management and timely parts deliveries while delivering a customer-first experience every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and by email with professionalism and efficiency
- Look up and sell parts to retail, wholesale, and internal customers
- Receive, verify, and stock parts deliveries accurately
- Occasionally deliver parts to clients or internal departments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts area
- Support service and sales teams with timely parts ordering and inventory coordination
- Provide exceptional service and value with every customer interaction
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Parts Advisor (preferred)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and web-based systems
- Valid Ontario G-Class driver's license
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Strong customer service focus and a team-first mentality
