As a part-time Sales Host for Metro One in Silverton, you are responsible for providing information to clients regarding Cardel communities, properties, and products, as well as sales administration and facilitating overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Meet & greet potential clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure the model units and sales centers are clean, neat, and professionally presented.
- Introduce prospects to Cardel, our communities, and our products.
- Provide model tours, production information, and overall sales process with potential clients.
- Act as primary customer liaison throughout the model unit visit to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Database maintenance & executing various administrative functions in support of the sales agents.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and customer service is an asset
- Professionalism, tact, courtesy, and diplomacy skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills – Microsoft 365, CRM Databases, calendar applications
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and flexibility
Hours of Work
This is a part-time position to accommodate model unit and sales center hours. In addition, you may be required to attend training or other work commitments outside of the sales center hours. The hours of operation for model units and sales centers are typically, as follows:
- Monday to Thursday 2:00pm – 8:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday 12:00pm – 5:00pm
