Responsibilities

Tasks

Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits

Evaluate daily operations Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Supervise staff Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Conduct performance reviews Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Participate in marketing plans and implementation Leading/instructing individuals Address customers' complaints or concerns Provide customer service

Currently, we operate a total of 56 restaurants in these two provinces. We have 38 locations in Alberta and 18 locations in Manitoba. Hi-Flyer is growing its portfolio with our newest locations at:
