Since 1972, Nacora has been a trusted name in commercial insurance. As an independent broker, we specialize in risk consulting and commercial (marine and non-marine) insurance solutions. With a global network spanning 30 countries, our experts serve clients across all major industries and economies. As an Account Manager in our Commercial Lines division, you’ll be a key member of our Customer Service team. Reporting to the Commercial Lines Manager, you’ll provide exceptional service to our clients and support the Account Executive in managing day-to-day activities.

How you create impact

  • Organize client documentation and maintain activity logs
  • Track and follow up on policy documents
  • Prepare client-facing materials: invoices, letters, certificates, etc.
  • Administer client renewals
  • Coordinate routine policy changes, additions, deletions, and cancellations
  • Research and analyze information for strategic client decisions
  • Assist in marketing risks and placing coverage
  • Handle small business account placements
  • Communicate with insurers to support brokering functions Participate in meetings, conferences, and team projects

What we would like you to bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a brokerage as an Account Manager or Customer Service Representative
  • RIBO license required
  • EPIC experience beneficial
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance market
