The Role
We are looking for a skilled gardener or horticulturist who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors.
This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Crew Leader position for the right candidate.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing high-end residential landscapes, with a strong focus on plant health, garden care, and detailed, high-quality work.
What You’ll Be Doing

Garden maintenance: weeding, pruning, planting, edging, mulching

Monitoring plant health and soil conditions

Installing and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and perennial gardens
-
Identifying plant issues (disease, pests, deficiencies)
-
Working with a team to deliver high-quality landscaping and gardening services
-
Opportunity to lead a small crew and manage job sites
What We’re Looking For

Experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture
-
Strong plant knowledge (perennials, shrubs, trees)
-
Attention to detail and pride in your work

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Valid driver’s license (preferred)
-
Leadership experience (asset, not required)

Compensation
