Description
The Operations Support Representative is a float position under which the employee collects, enters, and tracks data used in reporting and prepares manager reports and maintains documents to ensure document accuracy and proper completion. The representative troubleshoots and maintains handheld package scanners and related inventory / equipment to ensure continuous operation. Collect, track, store and prepare redbin and Other duties as assigned by Management.
Location: 1935 Sargent Ave, Winnipeg MB R3H 1C9
Working Hours: Varies according to the business operational needs
Employment Contract: Permanent
Hourly Wage: Starting at $22.13
Weekly Hours- 30
Responsibilities Customer Service up to and including handling complaints and inquiries Processing damages, re-tapes and completion of documents Working on various programs on computer Gateway (US/INT’L) Dealing with customers/contact centers via phone Loading, scanning, logging and calling freight for various departments Cash reconciliation, including deposits, key control Prepare, collect, track, and store documentation Send malfunctioning scanners for repair to external repair vendor.
Additional Responsibilities
Must be able to lift 70lbs./stand for 3 hour intervals

Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
Exceptional organizational/communication and customer service skills
