Will & Estates Law Clerk - Toronto, ON Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)

A well-established firm in Toronto is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with 5+ years of experience in wills, trusts, and estate administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, managing files from start to finish, and providing exceptional client service in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents
- Draft and file probate applications and related court materials
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions
- Manage deadlines, maintain organized files, and support lawyers throughout the process
- Handle estate accounting and administration tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Law Clerk or Legal Assistant in Wills & Estates
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with estate software and MS Office
- Law Clerk diploma or equivalent experience
