About the role
The Review Division and Issue Resolution Office in the Richmond office is looking for a detailed-oriented Intake Analyst to join us.
In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to help people by identifying solutions to concerns and assist with people with diverse backgrounds.
This is a temporary role with an expected end date in December 2026.
How you’ll make a difference: You’ll provide us with your excellent skills in administration and customer service.
Where you’ll work
At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines working remotely, and in our offices based on the operational needs of the position.
Organize and prioritize a high-volume workload. Communicate and work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and ensure respectful and positive interactions. Actively listen and apply interviewing/questioning techniques to gather and clarify information from a variety of parties. Fairly and empathetically address the needs of clients who may be sensitive, adversarial, or hostile.
High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Consistently models the appropriate level of organizational behaviours expected of all WorkSafeBC employees: responsive, respectful, fair, collaborative, accountable, and forward thinking.
We’re Looking For People Who Can
Provide outstanding customer service, including responding to phone inquiries and complaints. Summarize information and record relevant information into database. Assist with maintaining data, reports, and records.
Your background and experience
A minimum of Grade 12
Experience with providing information and assistance to others, including the general public Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
