About the role

A respected and well-established agricultural equipment dealership in the Moncton region is looking to add an Equipment Sales Representative to its growing team.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role focused primarily on the sale of compact and utility tractors, along with a full range of agricultural equipment solutions.

If you enjoy being on the road, working directly with customers, and helping agricultural operations find the right equipment to succeed, this could be an excellent next step in your career.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will: Sell new and used agricultural equipment, including compact and utility tractors Develop and grow a territory through new business development and relationship management Conduct customer visits, sales calls, and product demonstrations Identify customer needs and recommend tailored equipment solutions Build long-term relationships with farmers, landowners, and agricultural businesses Coordinate equipment deliveries and logistics as required Support parts and service sales opportunities where appropriate Represent the dealership at trade shows, events, and industry functions Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings Consistently achieve sales targets while delivering a high level of customer service

What We’re Looking For Experience in agricultural equipment sales, heavy equipment sales, automotive sales, or a related outside sales role Strong relationship-building and communication skills Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close sales opportunities Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a territory-based role Strong organizational and time management skills Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, CRM tools) Valid driver’s license required Bilingual (English/French) considered a strong asset
