Duration: 4 Months

Hours: 40 hours per week

Work : Hybrid 3 days in our Vancouver office

The Program Manager Intern, Hub is a dynamic role dedicated to enhancing and managing our client-facing online user education within the Hub. This position is crucial to GeoComply's success as it ensures our clients have access to the most accurate, organized, and user-friendly educational content and resources. The Program Manager Intern will work closely with various teams to understand client needs and continuously improve Hub's content and user experience. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Engineering Operations .

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the management of the Hub, including its content, user education, documentation, etc., leveraging AI-powered tools for content optimization and categorization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve the quality and organization of client educational information, exploring AI solutions for personalized content delivery.
  • Help gather and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for content and UI/UX enhancements, potentially using AI for sentiment analysis and trend identification.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to create and update educational materials, potentially utilizing AI for drafting and refining content.
  • Ensure that all content within Hub is accurate, up-to-date, and presented clearly and accessible, potentially employing AI for automated content review and quality checks.
  • Assist with various projects and tasks as assigned by the manager to support the broader program management goals, including exploring and implementing AI tools to improve efficiency and user experience within the Hub.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams regarding Hub's content and functionality, advocating for and implementing AI-driven improvements where appropriate.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a passion for clear and effective writing.
  • A user-centric mindset with an interest in creating intuitive user experiences and an eagerness to explore how AI can enhance these experiences.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), standard office software, and an interest in AI-powered tools is a plus.
  • A proactive and curious learner who is eager to take on new challenges and understand the potential of AI in program management and user education.

$50,000 - $54,000 semi monthly
