What you would engage in:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Services Manager to work as part of our Mining Environmental Group overseeing the day-to-day and long-term operational performance of multiple office locations. This role combines traditional office management responsibilities with broader operations oversight and is key to ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment across teams, while supporting our technical staff and leadership in delivering high-impact projects. The Office Services Manager will also supervise administrative support staff across offices, ensuring cohesive delivery and professional development. This position reports to the Vice President, Mining Environmental Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating facility maintenance, managing lease agreements, monitoring office operating costs, and providing day-to-day support for our teams in Vancouver, Nanaimo, Sudbury, Toronto, Fredericton and Phoenix.

Oversee operations and administration for multiple offices ensuring consistency in service delivery, resource allocation, and compliance.

Supervise and support administrative staff across locations, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.

Coordinate facility maintenance schedules and vendor relationships.

Manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.

Track, monitor, and update costs for each facility, ensuring alignment with budgetary expectations.

Maintain records, reports, and dashboards related to office operations.

Partner with senior leadership and other internal stakeholders to ensure facilities support business needs.

Lead or support office-related improvement initiatives, such as sustainability efforts, space planning, and employee experience enhancements.

Provide support for health, safety, and emergency preparedness procedures at each location.

Ensure a consistent and professional office environment that reflects KCB’s values and brand.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardize processes across locations.

Promote a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and operational excellence.

Other duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for:
We respect the knowledge and experience you have gained to date and are willing to help you build on it. For this role we would expect you to have:
- 10+ years of experience in office management, facilities management, or operations coordination (multi-office environment experience is an asset).
- Willingness to travel to each physical location on a regular basis to maintain internal relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of lease management, office administration, and vendor contracts.
- Financial acumen to monitor and report on facility-related costs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital tools for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff, leadership, and external partners.
- A proactive problem-solver with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
The salary for this position is $90,000 to $115,000 per year. Salary is based on applicable experience, education, and skill level. In addition to salary total rewards includes:
