The Opportunity
An industry leading team, specializing in urban retail, is seeking a resourceful and dynamic individual to provide administrative support to the sales team's business plan objectives. This role is the backbone of the sales team and is highly valued.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Gathers supporting documentation to complete deal voucher forms and PREC invoices while abiding by company accounting policies as well as provincial guidelines.

- Manages distribution of marketing campaigns in Campaign Logic for sale or lease of properties, as well as data room maintenance.
-
- Manages the marketing budgets and listing activities of the team. Works with sales professionals to maintain MLS postings and status’s.
-
- Coordinates on/offsite meetings and conferences including but not limited to travel and entertainment. May coordinate Brokers’ Outlook calendars and inboxes.

- Manages social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram) and website updates as needed.

- Other administrative duties as required such as printing and binding as required by executives.
What we require

- High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of relevant real estate experience; commercial real estate experience preferred.

- An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.

- Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.

- Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

- Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.

- General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team.
