About the role
Tasks
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
- Provide guidance to managers regarding internal policies and collective agreement interpretation.
- Participate in collective agreement negotiations and support labor relations.
- Offer daily HR support to employees and address individual and group issues.
- Contribute to Health & Safety and labor relations committees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage CNESST, disability, and gradual return-to-work cases with external partners.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records (training, documentation, etc.).
- Support corporate projects related to compliance, workplace safety, and organizational structure.
- Handle administrative tasks such as report generation, coordinating training sessions, and validating hours for payroll.
- Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a unionized environment (strong asset).
- Member of the CHRP Order (an asset).
