About the role
Our client, located in Laval, specializes in the recovery of damaged or recovered vehicles. They are currently seeking several customer service representatives whose main responsibility will be to respond to various client inquiries regarding vehicles. Tasks
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Responding to various client enquiries.
- Entering specific vehicle information.
- Communicating with the tow truck operator regarding vehicle specifications.
- Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- Oral and written bilingualism in French and English (essential, as many clients are located outside of Quebec).
- Experience in a call center or with outbound calls (essential).
- Access to a vehicle.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry (an asset).
