About the role

As a member of the executive committee, the Plant Manager is the driving force behind on-the-ground industrial performance. The role’s mandate is to structure growth, optimize production flows, and mobilize teams at the heart of daily operations to build an agile, high-performing organization.
Main Responsibilities Industrial Performance & Operational Excellence
- Define, track, and improve key performance indicators (health and safety, quality, cost, delivery).
- Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, TOC).
- Optimize processes, equipment, and production flows.
- Ensure alignment between operations and business objectives. Leadership & Team Engagement
- Lead, structure, and develop the production, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation.
- Support teams through change management and skills development. Strategic Vision & Transformation
- Redesign processes and operating methods to increase agility.
- Lead the digital transformation of operations (ERP, MRP, automation).
- Actively contribute to executive committee strategic decisions.
- Perform all other related duties.

Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in production management.
- Experience in a make-to-order or project-based manufacturing environment.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to structure operations in a fast-growth context.
- Excellent communication skills in French.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and strong data analysis tool skills.
Salary: Based on experience Schedule: Day shift Status: Permanent
