About the Role
As a Health Concierge at HealthOne, you’ll be at the heart of our patient experience—playing a key role in creating a warm, welcoming environment and building meaningful connections with everyone who walks through our doors. This truly unique opportunity goes beyond traditional front desk responsibilities; you'll be the first impression of our multidisciplinary clinic, helping to guide, support, and elevate each guest’s journey.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with all guests in a warm, compassionate manner to ensure a welcoming and memorable 5-star experience.
- Develop a strong understanding of HealthOne’s services and proactively educate patients on offerings that may align with their needs or interests.
- Manage daily administrative tasks with exceptional attention to detail, including handling phone inquiries, managing the general email inbox, and coordinating mail and package distribution.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and successful execution of in-clinic promotional events and programs.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the patient experience and support the management team in driving clinic performance and community engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of guest services or front-facing experience, preferably in a healthcare or retail setting.
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset, with a high level of professionalism and approachability.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and known for being adaptable, reliable, and hardworking.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Assets:
- Post-secondary education or proven personal interest in health & wellness or a similar topic.
- Training as well as experience in experiential marketing and/or sales.
- Event planning experience.
