Position: Cardiology Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $180–$400/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Ongoing, reviewed monthly

Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from your Cardiology practice, such as ACS management, arrhythmia evaluation, and heart failure optimization. Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality to guide AI model training. Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics to ensure alignment with evidence-based standards. Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior and enhance AI reasoning. Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions to align with team objectives.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Attending physicians: Must be board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license. Resident physicians: Must be in the final year of residency or board-eligible if recently graduated. Fellows: Must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.

Start Date

Rolling, after onboarding sign-off.

Compensation & Legal

Remote, 100% asynchronous. Paid weekly via Mercor.
