Manufacturing Strategy & Smart Operations Consultant
About the role
We are seeking implementation-focused Manufacturing Strategy & Smart Operations Consultants (Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Manager levels) with engineering backgrounds and a minimum of 3+ years of operations experience. Candidates should combine strategic thinking with hands-on implementation experience, helping clients modernize manufacturing operations through process improvement, digital transformation, and smart manufacturing technologies.
Key Responsibilitie sLead and support manufacturing transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation .Deliver advisory and hands-on execution across manufacturing, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and IT/OT operations .Drive operational excellence using Lean, Six Sigma, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making .Design and implement operating models, process improvements, and smart manufacturing solutions .Support digital transformation initiatives involving AI, IT/OT, Enterprise Architecture, EAM, MES, and industrial technologies .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and business performance
