Position: First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers
Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: $65–$140/hour Location: US, UK, or Canada Duration: Through the end of 2025 Commitment: 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to your occupation as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure that project work aligns with your professional experience and geographic location.
- Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week; work availability may vary weekly.
- Use a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks; Chromebook computers are not supported.
Qualifications Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Compensation & Legal
- We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role.
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
- Classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor.
- Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
