Two (2) Positions Available

• Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Evening shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

The duties associated with the position of warehouse supervisor are as follows:

• Ensure a safe working environment;
• Ensure the comprehensive management of staff under their supervision;
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs), implement them, and follow up on them;
• Ensuring continuous improvement of operations;
• Ensuring a high level of customer service satisfaction;
• Maintaining and developing a good working environment and healthy working relationships;
• Conducting annual evaluations of employees under their supervision;
• Handling the integration, training, coaching, and mentoring of employees;
• Enforce company policies and procedures;
• Comply with ISO standards;
• Perform all other duties related to the job.

Required Profile

• Professional training in logistics, operations management, or a related field (an asset);
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising staff;
• Experience in a unionized environment (an asset);
• Computer skills (SAP, Office suite, Outlook, etc.);
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
