Capital Ford Lincoln is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our busy, well-equipped dealership. Whether you're a Red Seal Journeyperson or a skilled technician with a proven track record, we offer the tools, training, and environment to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford, Lincoln and off-make vehicles
• Collaborate with service advisors and the parts team for an efficient workflow
• Document all work performed with clarity and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized bay with a strong safety focus

What We’re Looking For:

• Journeyperson certification or substantial experience as an automotive tech
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
• Ford or domestic vehicle experience is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
