As a Material Handler you will load, unload, prepare, and move materials, stack finished product in the proper locations, and perform various functions in each area of material handling as assigned.
How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures including but not limited to, GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP, and H&S. Loads and unloads materials and product from trucks. Rotates inventory and maintains accurate inventories and required inventory records. Transports materials and product from storage or work sites to designated areas. Maintains internal warehouse. Maintains external warehouse inventories and supplies. Completes all shipping and receiving record keeping, tagging, and documentation. Utilizes and coordinates warehouse racking and space to maximum efficiency. Ability to read and comprehend production worksheets. Keep work area neat, clean, and organized at all times. Make productive use of down time. Attends various mandatory safety and departmental meetings. Able to rotate into all positions on the line. Box and palletize boxes according to instructions: ensuring accurate counts and proper identification. Have a working knowledge of the production and plant processes. Ability to work scheduled hours and required overtime as needed. Display’s traits of reliability, honesty, respect, attention to detail, and punctuality. Have basic analytical and numerical skills and the ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement. Can communicate effectively and efficiently. Have a working knowledge of Safety Methods and Procedures. Is self-motivated, able to multi-task, and can work independently and as part of a team. Is committed to food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Demonstrates professionalism and positively represents and promotes Saputo at all times. Overview Of The Role
The Sr Manager, Enterprise Architecture is a key technical and operational leader responsible for the hands-on delivery and management of Enterprise Architecture initiatives across Saputo’s global operations. This role works closely with the Sr. Director and is responsible for defining and governing the enterprise-wide technology architecture strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role provides leadership in designing scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions that enable digital transformation and operational excellence. You will collaborate with senior business and technology leaders to drive architectural standards, frameworks, and roadmaps across applications, data, infrastructure, and security domains. The Sr Manager is expected to be highly hands-on, governs our architecture standards and leads the Architecture Review Board to ensure decisions and compliance with architecture principles & framework (i.e., TOGAF). The Sr. Manager must be able to pivot quickly to support digital transformation & emerging technologies while keeping aligned to IT strategy & business objectives, helping the organization achieve its goals and drive overall success.
How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:
Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and standards to guide technology decisions. Lead the creation of multi-year architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy and IT priorities. Partner with business and IT stakeholders, including Cyber Security to ensure architecture supports innovation, agility, and cost optimization. Govern solution designs to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles and security requirements. Drive adoption of modern architecture practices such as cloud-native, microservices, API-first, and event-driven architectures. Mentor and coach architecture teams to build organizational capability and maturity in EA practices. Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for executive stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology strategy and investment decisions. Define KPIs to measure architecture effectiveness (e.g., reuse rate, compliance score, technical debt reduction). Report progress and maturity of EA practices to leadership. Ensure data architecture supports analytics, AI, and regulatory needs. Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors to ensure alignment with EA principles. Participate in contract negotiations and technology selection processes. Ensure architecture decisions comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, cybersecurity frameworks). Proactively identify architectural risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Strong ability to translate business strategy into technology architecture. Proven leadership in managing enterprise architecture programs and teams. Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage senior executives and technical teams. Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to delivering results.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred). TOGAF, Zachman, or similar Enterprise Architecture certification strongly preferred. Cloud certification in Microsoft Azure is an asset. Certifications in ITIL and COBIT would be highly beneficial
Experience
10+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in enterprise architecture leadership roles. Demonstrated experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, integration technologies, and modern application architectures. Proven track record in developing architecture governance frameworks and standards.
Technical Skills
Expertise in architecture domains: Application, Data, Infrastructure, and Security. Proficiency with integration platforms (e.g., SAP BTP Integration Suite) RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere). Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and its related business applications. Strong knowledge of cloud computing, APIs, microservices, and containerization. Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies. Understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities with demonstrated ability to lead by example in a hands-on technical environment. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
