About the role
Job Title: IT Senior Software Developer - Contractor
Job Summary: OHI is looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to play an important role in the development of the company’s future Order Management and Processing system to replace our existing legacy systems and applications and integration with our new ERP.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a developer for our new project developing a new Ordering Management and Processing system. This new system will be both frontend (website) and backend (application) based and be integrated with various existing 3rd party and priority applications.
- Working closely with other developers, business analysts, vendors and business stakeholders in support of system changes
- Works independently, or in a team situation, to deliver on agreed upon timelines
- Testing and evaluating new programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in .Net and TypeScript application development
- Full stack application development experience who designs, develops, and maintains both the front-end and back-end of a website or application
- Strong knowledge of .NET Core 8 (and up) framework architecture and components
- Knowledge and practical experience in MS Entity Framework ORM development is a must
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Web API development a must
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Angular 16 (and up) platform a must
- Practical experience in application development using Visual Studio Pro/Enterprise on C#
- Knowledge and practical experience in MS SQL and Oracle T-SQL development (Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, Functions, Indexes).
- Practical experience with Git, Azure DevOps
- Experience with WPF, WCF
- Experience with MS SQL SSRS, SSIS
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript & SuiteQL a plus
- Experience with Dell Boomi a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Deep analytical and critical thinking skills
- Adept and proactive at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Excellent organization and time management skills
