About the role

The Manager, DCL Program Delivery & Communications drives executive level communication, strategic storytelling, program coordination, and stakeholder engagement for the Digital Customer Leader (DCL) program. It shapes compelling narratives for senior audiences and ensures consistent, aligned communication across the organization. The role also manages governance forums, facilitates alignment across global segments, and supports change enablement activities that drive awareness and adoption.

Position Responsibilities:

Communications & Storytelling

  • Support the development of strategic narratives for Leadership.
  • Convert complex program insights into clear, persuasive stories that influence decision making.
  • Craft communication materials that drive awareness, alignment, and engagement across global segments.

Program & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate global executive meetings: manage agendas, coordinate the preparation of strategic materials, and ensure leaders are aligned on priorities, risks, and progress.
  • Support weekly segment led alignment sessions to address blockers, maintain momentum, and escalate issues where needed.
  • Partner with global and segment teams to gather perspectives, input, and context to inform program materials.
  • Ensure seamless management and timelines for key deliverables across the program including reporting packages, ELT pre-read content and meeting timing

Program Execution & Support

  • Support the execution of the DCL strategy through strategic planning, governance preparation, and maintaining cross functional alignment.
  • Help improve communication processes, content templates, and collaboration workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret KPIs and metrics, translate insights into business value, and articulate implications for decision‑making.

Change Enablement & Adoption

  • Partner with change enablement to support adoption campaigns, communications strategies, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
  • Drive awareness of key milestones, achievements, and success stories across the DCL program.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills with experience shaping content for executives or board-level audiences.
  • Degree in Business, Communications, or other relevant post-secondary education preferred
  • 2+ years Program delivery or Portfolio oversight experience – preferably in the financial services, wealth management or insurance industry
  • Background in communications, program management, change enablement, or digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience working on large scale digital transformation programs will be a big plus – preferably with a dynamic global team
  • High emotional intelligence, relationship-building skills, and a bias toward action.

Salary range is expected to be between

$92,900.00 CAD - $142,900.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
