Salary: $95,579.00
About the Project Manager, Strategic Partnership Role:
The Project Manager, Strategic Partnership provides direct support to the Director, Centre of Innovation Network and Partnership Development. This role is focused on supporting a seamless partnership experience across Humber that leverages our vast resources, including the innovation ecosystem, to help partners achieve their goals.
The incumbent will coordinate and implement project management for ongoing and new partnership initiatives, including evaluating and improving existing projects. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and monitoring all partnership activities, including initial start-up requirements, project status reports, and project budgets.

Education

Undergraduate degree in Business or a related discipline, or a combination of equivalent experience.

Post-graduate certificate in Project Management, Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM Certification would be considered an asset.
Experience/Skills
- 3-5 years of project planning and coordination experience;
- Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management;
- Demonstrated customer service & interpersonal skills;
- Diplomacy & confidentiality;
- Superior research & writing skills;
- Budget development and management skills;
- Excellent written and oral communications skills including public speaking;
- Excellent listening skills, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, client relationship management;
- Ability to promote excellent working relationships with both academic and non-academic staff;
- Ability to develop and maintain marketing/social media campaigns;
- Superior organizational & time management skills.
