Yogen Früz has been serving smiles since 1986 — and we’re just getting started. What began as a frozen yogurt pioneer has grown into a global, multi‑brand platform under International Franchise Inc. (IFI), home to some of the most recognizable names in frozen dessert and retail. Our portfolio includes Yogen Früz, Pinkberry, Sweet Jesus, Swensen’s, Yogurty’s, Yeh! Yogurt, and more. From storefronts and kiosks to packaging, social, and retail shelves, our brands live everywhere — and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who’s excited to help shape how the world sees them next.
The Opportunity As a Graphic Designer at IFI, you’ll design for real‑world impact — stores opening, products launching, and brands evolving. You’ll work across multiple iconic brands, each with its own voice, aesthetic, and audience, and see your work come to life in hundreds of locations worldwide. If you love branding, typography, layout, and seeing your work out in the wild — this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Designing
- Scroll‑stopping digital creative for social, paid media, and campaigns
- In‑store experiences: menus, signage, window graphics, and brand moments
- Packaging and retail designs that stand out on shelves
- Presentations, pitch decks, and franchise marketing materials
- Creative systems and templates used across global markets
- Bringing brand ideas to life across digital, print, in‑store, and packaging formats
- Designing within established brand systems — and helping evolve them
- Working across multiple brands with distinct personalities and visual styles
- Collaborating with marketing, social, franchise, and operations teams
- Preparing production‑ready files that work in the real world
- Moving fast, iterating often, and taking creative feedback in stride
Who You Are
- A designer with 2+ years of experience (food, retail, or lifestyle brands are a big plus)
- Strong in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects without losing attention to detail
- Curious, collaborative, and excited to design for brands people recognize Bonus points if you’ve worked on:
- Packaging
- Motion graphics
