Lead a team of co-workers and managers to achieve planned sales, profitability and growth targets.

Translate the commercial action plans to operational goals and priorities, to address challenges, control budgets and schedules, providing support and guidance to co-workers and key stakeholders.

Monitor individual and team performance to achieve goals and objectives, identifying and implementing corrective action where necessary.

Identify local market potential and assist key stakeholders to position relevant areas to exploit the potential.
-
Secure that product safety, quality and recovery processes and business development initiatives are integrated into the business operations and the action plans of the market, thereby contributing to achieving operational goals and objectives.
