We are looking for an energetic, detailed and organized individual to join one of our largest advisor teams, The LePoidevin Group, in Toronto. Led by David LePoidevin, our high performing team was awarded the Wealth Professionals 2025 Advisory Team of the Year. We are currently looking for an energetic, organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional multi-tasking and interpersonal skills to support our Investment Advisor in Vancouver. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain client notes and correspondence in the CRM system, ensuring clarity and accessibility for team reference.
  • Add, remove, and update confidential client information across platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bill Good, and Dataphile, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Save and organize client correspondence in the shared drive for easy retrieval.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly mailings (e.g., client birthday letters) and assist with mass mailouts for year-end reports or marketing announcements.
  • Support administrative tasks including filing (manual and electronic), updating KYC platforms, and organizing office spaces and supplies.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives such as website maintenance, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency across all records.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in all data entry and administrative processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Previous office experience preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior experience with Dataphile is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • An interest in financial services or business management.
