作为特斯拉于中国市场本土化发展迈出的重要一步，特斯拉中国研发中心专业齐全，涵盖从整车和能源产品的，核心零部件的自主研发，测试验证等诸多功能，拥有超过100个专业实验室。

我们需要你：
- 具有计算机/软件工程/电气工程/系统工程/控制工程/机器人/机电一体化等相关专业学士学位，硕士及以上优先；
- 在软件开发方面，具备精湛的算法、数据结构、框架和系统设计能力，且能熟练运用以下任意1-2种编程语言进行项目开发：C++、C、Go、Android、IOS 、JS、PYTHON

Position Direction
- Application software: front-end development, back-end development, software testing, data analysis and site reliability development, diagnostic services, etc. for products or application such as in-car user interface, Car PC applications (phone, calendar, browser), entertainment (streaming media and video games), autonomous driving visualization and mobile applications, etc.
- Control software: Embedded software development, firmware integration, firmware verification, data analysis, etc. related to intelligent vehicle electrical control functions, BMS, energy storage and charging control functions.

About R&D Center In 2021, Tesla's first overseas R&D center with the goal of vehicle development was officially established in Shanghai. The Shanghai R&D and Innovation Center will conduct R&D work around the whole vehicle, charging equipment and energy products, and will become a completed R&D center on the same scale as Tesla's North American R&D Center.
As an important step for Tesla's localized development in the Chinese market, our Tesla China R&D Center has a complete range of specialties, as forward design and test verification of the core components of the whole vehicle and energy products, and it has more than 100 professional laboratories.
The goal of Chinese team is to originally design, develop and produce vehicle models and energy products suitable for the Chinese market, achieve "Created in China" and “Sell them globally”. The R&D center will play an important role in this process. Currently, the Shanghai R&D Center has already led and released vehicle design projects such as the refreshed Model 3, the refreshed Model Y and Model YL.

What We Require Of You
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, control engineering, robotics, mechatronics or related fields is required. Master's degree or above is preferred.
- Proficient in using corresponding programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Go, and JS; Knowledgeable in software development capabilities such as algorithms, data structures, frameworks and system design.
- Familiarity with CAN protocol and data acquisition tools (CANoe, CANape, CANalyzer or equivalent tools) is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in SAE Formula racing teams, mecha master competitions, maker projects, etc. are preferred.
- Make good use of the first principles to think about problems.
- Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language. Those with overseas experience are preferred.
- Bonus points: Solid theoretical foundation, challenging the impossible, rich hands-on ability, innovative thinking, and the ability to apply theory to practice.
