Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Engagement
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration
Foster a collaborative environment by sharing insights and knowledge. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, and clarify requirements based on domain expertise.

Testing & Quality Assurance
Partner with the testing team to ensure comprehensive test coverage by reviewing test cases and providing additional scenarios. Assist in test design sign-offs with business stakeholders and ensure early defect detection through risk-based testing.

Gap Analysis & Solution Design
Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to close them. Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure innovative, aligned solutions.

Domain Expertise & Training
Leverage deep subject matter expertise in one business line (e.g., RB, CB, TF, Tre, WM, IB, etc.) to deliver tasks independently and efficiently. Contribute to building assets, repositories, and training materials, and mentor junior team members.

Scope Definition & Estimation
Collaborate with the team to define scope and provide accurate estimations for requirements/CRs. Drive initiatives for process improvements, develop domain-specific tools, and provide insights for quality and efficiency.

Conflict & Defect Management
Foster collaboration to avoid conflicts and manage defects by providing insights into root causes. Support risk-based testing for early defect detection, ensuring no delivery slippages for the assigned module/function.

Elicitation & Documentation
Use techniques like interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business and technical requirements. Document requirements through BRDs, FRDs, and use cases to outline business objectives clearly.

Process Improvement & Training
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide domain-specific insights. Deliver training on product, domain knowledge, and system/process changes to both team members and business users.

Domain Knowledge & Upskilling
Stay engaged in domain-specific forums, continually expand knowledge in banking domains, products, and technologies. Guide junior members and attend training to upskill in new sub-domains or domains.
