The bigger picture
We’re looking for a motivated, detail oriented leader to come on board as our temporary Team Leader, Deposit Support, at our Regina location for up to 9 months. Your strategic decision-making and problem-solving abilities will be key to leading the Deposit Support Services team in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring all policies and procedures comply with our service provider guidelines. We are looking for an individual who has a detailed understanding of deposit services, troubleshooting, providing research assistance, and leading a team.
How you’ll be spending your time
- Overseeing the delivery of deposit and cash services to our branches and members
- Managing operational support for the Conexus fleet of ATMs regarding uptime and cash usage
- Overseeing ATM statistical reporting to determine transactional surcharges and placement of ATMs
- Monitoring the investigation of remote capture and ATM hold transactions to ensure accuracy and to mitigate risk for our members and Conexus
- Developing, coaching and leading direct reports
- Identifying opportunities and resolving risks
- Facilitating meetings and planning sessions to optimize the team and improve processes and procedures
- Following up on daily tasks to meet service level agreements
- Participating in projects throughout the year as well as year-end assignments

- Two years of experience in financial services

Salary Range: $58,540 - $73,170 with 9% Short Term Incentive Target
