L’illustrateur technique fera partie d’une équipe qui s’occupe de créer et de maintenir les illustrations se

trouvant dans les publications techniques.

Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à :

• Bonne analyse et lecture de plan mécanique
• Utilisation des machines de l’atelier (scie a ruban, perceuse a colonne, meule)
• Entretien et amélioration d’un outil de production
• Fabriquer des montages et des outils à partir de dessins techniques.
• Fait la maintenance préventive des outils de production
• Effectue des machinages à l'aide de tours horizontaux, de fraiseuses verticales
• Travailleur autonome efficace et rigoureux
• Maintient la zone de travail dans un état propre et sécuritaire.
• Connaissance de CATIA (un atout)
• Possède des connaissances en shooting laser (un atout).

• DEC Mécanique
• DEP avec expérience pertinante
• Vous faites preuve d’un haut niveau d’efficacité avec les ordinateurs
• Vous êtes bien organisé et systématique dans votre méthode de travail et vous portez une

attention particulière aux détails – Par-dessus tout, vous travaillez bien en équipe et vous êtes

professionnel, engagé et discipliné.

The Technical Illustrator will be part of a team taking care of the creation and maintenance of illustrations

being part of the Technical Publications.

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

• Good analysis and reading of mechanical plan
• Use of workshop machines (band saw, column drill, grinding wheel)
• Maintenance and improvement of a production tool
• Manufacture fixtures and tools from technical drawings.
• Performs preventive maintenance of production tools
• Performs machinings using horizontal lathes, vertical milling machines
• Efficient and rigorous self-employed worker
• Keeps the work area clean and safe.
• Knowledge of CATIA (an asset)
• Has knowledge of laser shooting (an asset).

As the ideal candidate,

• Your prior experience in the aerospace industry is an asset
• Relevant college (or CEGEP diploma) degree or equivalent experience
• You possess the ability to produce media elements in high tech environment
• You possess a high degree of technical proficiency with computers
• You are well organized and systematic in your work methodology, with meticulous attention to

detail – Most of all, you are a professional, committed, and disciplined team player.
