Soutenir les initiatives visant à réduire les temps de cycle, améliorer le débit de production et optimiser l'utilisation des ressources. Améliorer des domaines tels que les temps de réglage des machines, la conception des cellules et le flux de production. Développer et mettre en œuvre la standardisation des processus pour garantir la cohérence et l'évolutivité. Utiliser des outils de gestion Lean tels que le cartographie de processus, le mapping de la chaîne de valeur (VSM), 5S, et les techniques de résolution de problèmes. Établir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes à travers diverses unités d'affaires. Agir en tant qu'agent de changement, soutenant les équipes à travers la transformation et l'adoption de nouveaux processus. Collaborer avec la direction pour identifier les priorités et aligner les projets d'amélioration sur les objectifs commerciaux.
