CareRx is looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team. As the Collections Specialist you are responsible for managing collections for a portfolio of accounts. This role calls for time management skills, your passion for solving problems and exceptional communication skills.

Role Accountabilities:
- Perform outbound calls to collect past due arrears
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and proven collection work experience
- Respond to inquiries regarding delinquent accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis, review and resolve billing related issues
- 2-5+ years of working in Collections/ Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work proactive
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years working in an accounts receivable department
- Detail-orientated and high attention to accuracy is a must.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable to change in a high-volume environment.
Location: This is a Full Time role and follows a five-day workweek Monday to Friday. This is based out of our Oakville pharmacy location
