Director of Operations
About the role
Role Description The Director of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in our Puslinch Plant, ON, responsible for overseeing day-to-day both plant operations (in Burlington and Puslinch), production planning, and workflow across all heat treating and coating products. This role leads and develops operations team, planning team and QC team ensuring safe work practices, adherence to quality standards, and efficient use of equipment and resources. The Director of Operations will manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in throughput, on-time delivery, and cost control. The role collaborates closely with sales and finance.
