On their behalf, Venor is seeking a Lead, Corporate Services and Administration - someone who thrives on structure, precision, and impact. This role keeps the organization running smoothly across legal, compliance, human resources, and administrative functions.

What You’ll be Doing:

The Lead, Corporate Services and Administration plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of CarbonRun’s administrative, compliance, and HR functions. This position oversees corporate filings, registrations, insurance renewals, and health and safety compliance across all entities while managing contracts, NDAs, and procurement documentation. The role also supports company operations through meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements, and management of internal file systems and secure data rooms.

Working closely with the Senior Director of HR and Administration, they will also support HR operations, including benefits administration, recruitment logistics, onboarding, performance tracking, and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate direction into action, ensuring efficient processes, regulatory compliance, and seamless support across departments.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate administration, HR operations, or compliance, with a solid understanding of legal, insurance, and corporate filing requirements across multiple jurisdictions. They bring strong organizational and project management skills, excellent attention to detail, and proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, Plooto, and ClickUp (or the ability to learn them quickly) is essential.

This role suits a proactive, dependable, and resourceful professional who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. The successful candidate is both collaborative and self-motivated, comfortable managing multiple priorities while contributing meaningfully to team objectives. They take initiative, communicate effectively across departments, and follow through on projects with accuracy and accountability.
