Position Summary The Bookkeeper supports day-to-day accounting functions for multiple clients. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in managing accounting tasks, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency while contributing to a growing, dynamic team. This is an in-office role. What you will do Record daily financial transactions for multiple clients Maintain general ledger accuracy Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform bank and credit card and GL account reconciliations Organize and maintain client accounting records Assist with month-end close activities Communicate with clients to obtain missing documentation What we need from you Post Secondary Education in accounting, finance or related field (or equivalent work experience) 2-4 years of bookkeeping / accounting experience Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with month end closing Monday to Friday work week Extended health and dental benefits
