About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Inside Sales Manager based in Canada. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a results-driven sales professional passionate about building high-performing teams and driving business growth. In this role, you will lead and develop an inside sales team responsible for converting inbound opportunities into long-term customers. You will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and maximize revenue performance. Accountabilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales professionals, ensuring consistent achievement and overachievement of sales targets and performance goals. Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new team members, creating a strong foundation for long-term success and career growth. Establish, monitor, and report on key sales performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve team effectiveness and productivity. Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales leadership teams to optimize lead management processes, pipeline development, and customer engagement strategies. Drive high levels of sales activity across inbound opportunities, ensuring prospects receive a seamless and professional buying experience. Manage team workflows, sales processes, and CRM activities to maintain pipeline accuracy and operational efficiency. Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development conversations to enhance individual and team performance. Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies that support scalability and sustained revenue growth. Share insights and best practices with leadership stakeholders to continuously improve sales execution and organizational performance. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, combined with at least 6 years of progressive sales experience. Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams in a quota-driven environment. Experience in B2B sales environments, with SaaS industry experience considered a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and ramp sales professionals to productivity and quota attainment. Strong expertise in CRM platforms and sales workflow management; experience with Salesforce or similar systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills with a passion for talent development. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while effectively managing both remote and distributed teams.
