Who you are

  • This is a hands-on role for someone looking to accelerate their career – who can think strategically, act decisively, and bring new ideas to life fast
  • 4+ years of experience in growth, digital, or full-stack marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to design, run, and scale marketing experiments that drive significant growth
  • Strong grasp of SEO and paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent writing skills – confident producing newsletters, landing page copy, and beyond
  • Analytical and outcome-oriented – you measure your outcomes and habitually base your decisions on data
  • Comfortable managing freelancers and balancing multiple projects at once
  • A relentless curiosity about how AI is reshaping discovery, search, and brand storytelling
  • Based in Vancouver, BC
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, or similar)
  • Comfort on camera and willingness to participate in early video experiments
  • You’ve built something (a side hustle or main hustle) yourself

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can turn Optix brand awareness into conversion, and experimentation into results
  • You’ll own our inbound growth strategy, from optimizing for AI-driven discovery, to developing community engagement. You’ll lead our video and creative initiatives, and manage campaigns that lead to measurable business outcomes
  • You’ll collaborate closely with our fractional Marketing Director and a team of freelance creative specialists to design and deliver campaigns that connect, convert, and scale
  • Expand our SEO strategy into AI-first discovery (AEO / GEO / GSO), ensuring Optix remains visible and relevant across emerging AI search platforms
  • Lead our experiment video and creative efforts, from YouTube explainers to short-form storytelling on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, directing investment towards performance
  • Build and manage Optix’s presence in online communities such as Reddit and LinkedIn, building trust, gathering insights, and anchoring this effort in our AI-first discovery strategy
  • Oversee the production of creative assets via our team of contractors (ads, whitepapers, paid campaigns and beyond)
  • Own and optimize our inbound funnel end-to-end – from content and lead capture through to nurture and sales enablement
  • Measure and report performance across all channels, driving iteration and improvement that’s grounded in data
  • Optix is at an inflection point: we’ve built a trusted brand, and now need to give it rocket fuel
  • You’ll be the connector who combines data, creativity, and automation to attract the right customers, tell the right stories, and build lasting engagement
  • Your work will define how a global SaaS company grows in a new era of AI-driven marketing – and with plans as ambitious as ours your ideas will have room to run
